Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Our company is using Oracle Cloud HCM to manage our corporate Human Resources company-wide. We use it for payroll, benefits, hiring, learning, and talent management. It is nice to have a SaaS-based HR system so our IT department doesn't have to manage any internal systems. Oracle Cloud HCM centralizes all of our HR functionality into one place which simplifies things for the HR department and end-users as well, so it is a "win-win".

Oracle Cloud HCM has definitely improved our operational efficiency. We were able to consolidate five disparate HR-related on-prem systems into one cloud-based HR platform over the course of a year to centralize management. We also took the time to re-map some of our onboarding and recruitment processes during this time as well which needed a refresh. Our end users are much happier now having one application to manage time off, salary, learning, and career path information.

Oracle HCM Cloud gives our HR employees and end-users instant access to all of our HR-related activities. We also have HCM integrated with Okta for SSO so they don't even have to have a separate login for this product. This has led to employees having deeper access to their personnel information, internal job, and learning opportunities as well.

I think Oracle HCM Cloud stacks up quite well with WorkDay. We went with Oracle because we are an Oracle ERP customer so this flowed nicely into the HCM product. Workday provides a lot of the same functionality and I think it is probably the most popular SaaS-based HR platform out there these days.
Oracle HCM Cloud is well suited for a medium to large business that wants to centralize all of their HR processes onto one platform. The beauty of HCM Cloud is that all of the backend systems are hosted in the cloud so that the IT department doesn't have to maintain any servers, services, or applications locally. If you are still using manual processes or de-centralized HR systems it would be good to give Oracle HCM a look.
