Oracle Cloud HCM has replaced all existing individuals' business applications. Infrastructure cost is waived off. The application is centralized across multiple companies in a group.

Well, Oracle Cloud HCM has the upper hand on EBS given that infrastructure cost is reduced to 0 and no maintenance is needed as such.

Well, I do not see any issue with Oracle HCM Cloud as it can be used extensively to build solutions. The multi-assignment absence issue could be addressed.
