Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

We have migrated from an On-premise E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud HCM throughout the group of a real estate company. After the implementation, we have reduced 10+ applications. Oracle Cloud HCM can replace the functionality of these applications. Employees and Managers can access self-service applications through mobile. Eliminated duplicate effort for new functionality for mobile devices as Oracle Cloud HCM has a responsive design.
  • Mobile friendly
  • Well structured frame work for any processes to configure
  • One shop stop for all Oracle Cloud ERP applications
  • OBIEE and OTBI functionalities are the most useful reporting functionalities for administrators
  • Still some Self-service validation frame works needs to improve
  • Approvals area needs to improve to configure
  • Oracle Recruitment Cloud is still requires lot of areas of improvement
  • Onboarding new hire portal for external candidate access
  • In Goals we calculate absolute achievement rather than rating
Payroll is the best in terms of Oracle HCM Cloud and integration with Finance modules.

Oracle HCM Cloud is well suited for businesses that would like to convert their on-premise solution to the cloud to enable industry 4.0 revolutionary technologies. For companies who have a global presence, it feels less appropriate to the rollout of Payroll as Oracle Cloud HCM has not released Payroll for all the countries.
