Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Oracle Cloud HCM is used across our whole organization. We are using it to support, centralize and globalize the whole spectrum of the HR processes. We are rolling out new features gradually to first make users used to the system and then build up new features. This helps them get used to the system, see how it works, and make use of it to its full extent.
  • Centralize HR processes
  • Integrates data
  • Extend the HR
  • New modules could be better integrated
  • Admin/technical pages are overcomplicated
  • Customizations are sometimes pain points
  • Continuous performance management
  • Performance, salary adjustment and Core HR integration
  • Journeys for employees and managers guiding them through the changes
Oracle Cloud HCM is a much more mature product and supports better both the centralization of the processes and capturing the local variants. Especially the local piece was the biggest problem of other platforms. Oracle Cloud HCM also constantly improves its application, ensuring that modules are well integrated and taking advantage of any potential for automation of processes.

Do you think Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM's feature set?

Yes

Did Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM again?

Yes

Oracle Cloud HCM (full suite) is designed to centralize and automate HR's work quite significantly. If a company wants to have a global, standard process with some local pieces and is willing to transform HR into a more digital world - Oracle Cloud HCM is a great choice. If you want to keep more "old-fashioned" HR departments, it still can support you, but you will need to figure out how to customize the application.
