Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

I used the performance and proficiency reviews features more, but the set of elements is really powerful for talent activity, including featured features for online media integration which are really useful. The implementation looks simple, but it can get really complex if you choose to make your interaction more complex.

  • The organization of the system is excessively uncomfortable if you do not know what you are doing.
