Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

It is only being used by the marketing department and helps us in automating our marketing strategies and increasing sales lead generation.
  • The platform is user friendly and [easy to become] accustomed with.
  • It provides seamless integration with different CRM Systems.
  • It has features such as lead nurturing, dynamic content, email builder.
  • The sync time between the platform and CRM can be slow at times.
  • The price is expensive as compared to other similar platforms.
  • Lack of integrations with PPC platforms such as Google Ads.
Using the platform has helped us in targeting our marketing strategies to cater the intended audience and also offer personalized messaging for greater impact and high probability of lead conversion. The seamless sync between the platform and CRM system allows leads to flow smoothly so that sales can effectively follow up with them and have meaningful conversations.

I have worked on Marketo before moving to Oracle and felt that it is more user friendly in terms of navigation and reporting. The customer support is very helpful and the training and documentation are very informative.
It is mainly suited for organizations that want to automate their marketing strategies and focus on lead nurturing. It also offers a range of features such as progressive profiling, web form and landing page creation and can easily sync with CRM systems. It is not so suitable for organizations that just want to send one to one emails as it would not allow them to fully utilize the platform.
