Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Marketing (formerly Oracle Marketing Cloud)

Oracle CX Marketing is being used mainly by the marketing department. The marketing department uses it for many different uses, including organizing and unifying specific campaigns and the data points involved. The business problems that Oracle CX Marketing addresses include mainly campaign management as well as content management specifically for the marketing team.

The Oracle CX Marketing platform is scalable in that its data-driven focus makes it easy for the marketing team to simplify campaign management and optimize and personalize campaigns in relation to specific customer metrics. The reason why I didn't score it above 7 is that the user experience can be overwhelming for first-time users and the onboarding could be more simplified.

It's also well suited for personalized customer experiences and marketing.
