Oracle CX Sales is used across our organization to create a strong infrastructure for our sales and marketing programs. It scales down all customer's data and contacts and stores it in a secure database for referencing during campaigns. Orders of customers in our organization are implemented in time and tracked down until clients get the best service.

The overall usability has been very effective across the entire company. It has an intuitive user interface and can be easily customized to fit our needs. It has a self-service dashboard that customers can order goods and services automatically. Learning how the platform works is flexible and easier with the shortest learning curve. Integration of Oracle CX Sales with other marketing platforms is easy and very productive.
The company has given us very great support since we started using this product. It has given our marketing and sales team the most useful lessons on effective use. The deployment cost was well managed and we were given appropriate offers until the platform started giving us profit. The customer support team has been always supportive when we face operational challenges or any problem that may arise.
I can totally recommend this platform to any company for effective and better sales services. It has engagement tools that have enabled us to contact many customers and give them our offers. Conversation with our clients on the public interaction with our products and services has enabled us to win many clients by improving service delivery techniques.
