It can be implemented for various reporting purposes, generating different types of invoices, creating check prints for the customers. These different templates can be used for multiple purposes while performing day-to-day business activities like sending invoice print to the vendors, communicating receipt-related details, etc.

- The only betterment we can do in this application is if oracle provides the method to implement CLOB data which contains audio, videos that will really make the application to the next level.
