Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Dyn Email

Oracle Dyn is used to send email communications to our users, on the B2C side of the business only. It helps us keep users informed of announcements relevant to them on a daily basis. Engineering is the only team having direct access to the tool but marketing is involved as well in its management.

Support hasn't been really needed but the account manager is always responsive and helpful
It is a good tool to send email through engineering, just as a sending pipe. Not a good tool if marketing wants to have a platform to build templates and segmentation themselves.

Our Engineering team and our leadership team had a level of comfort with Dyn and that coupled with great pricing motivated our decision.
Probably would do it differently now because we're in a different situation but not at the time.
