Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Oracle HCM is used across the whole company in all departments.
  • User friendly interface

Implementation, Adoption, and Customer Service

We feel that Oracle support is still lacking the expertise to better support the product
The implementation timeline has dramatically decreased and this is a huge achievement when it comes to implementation projects in general.

Using Oracle Cloud HCM

3000 - Regular employees and core HR users in 6 different countries
4 - People with previous implementation experience who understand the business flow of core HR, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, self service, and payroll according to the different legislations where our company operates

  • An end to end integrated solution with the rest of the SaaS products that are part of our ERP road map

  • Extend the use of employee engagement applications that are part of the suite we purchased but are less used today
We use the product and we are satisfied with it so we will continue using it

Evaluating Oracle Cloud HCM and Competitors

Yes - We used to have Halogen (Saba Technologies) for performance management. The product was lacking integration with the rest of our other Oracle products such as core HR, recruitment and learning. Oracle HCM cloud not only solved this problem but also helped us introduce a new set of future generation products (SaaS)

No - I don't think we should pay for any premium support even if it was available.
We think Oracle doesn't have enough people with the right expertise to address customers' issues
Yes - It was resolved but the support service is lousy generally speaking
There was a case where Oracle provided exceptional support but it was for a different product (not Oracle HCM) and in a different country (USA). In the region where my current employer is, the support is not good
