Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
It's being used by our HR Department and other affiliated campuses of Cal State University. Sometimes the software was too slow, and there are some bug issues that need to fix.
- It does awesome on our payroll system.
- It helps in managing our time and labor.
- The benefits help, but it still needs some fixing of issues/bugs.
- The benefits module needs to fix those bugs and data issues.
- It helps the business in our daily tasks.
We're converting from SIMS to PeopleSoft.
