Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

PeopleSoft is being used as our internal portal for HR employees to manage and adjust current employees' personal information. It is used across a wide range of HR employees and it would be considered a core system for our HR day to day functions. It gives us the ability to manage employees and personal information easily and efficiently across departments.
  • Real time updates are something it does well in.
  • Letting other users know the profile is being worked on, so no 2 computers can make edits at once.
  • I would say report customization is an area they could grow further in.
  • Automation of some elements would be nice to see as well, giving the user more time to spend looking at details instead of working through checking boxes.
  • Positive impact on our employees as this has simplified employee management.
  • Through PeopleSoft we have been able to streamline our onboarding process, thus increasing efficiency.
For internal employee management, Oracle and UltiPro are neck and neck. UltiPro has a better built-in ATS and better employee experience.
