Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Service Bus
We used Oracle for budget reporting and tracking. Oracle's customer service was top-notch, always helpful and if the rep could not find the answer they would find someone who knew. The system was not as modern but had a very trusting appeal, the data was clean and clear without the over-use of technology. Simplistic.

We had trouble getting reports to save in our system, or they were automatically duplicating. We contacted customer service and immediately the "glitch" which was a user error was seen and explained. However, the user who was creating the error did not at all feel offended by the find, and the CSR handled the situation with such grace.
