Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine
I am a small operation and I rely on Outbound to publish a bi-monthly newsletter. They post on three different social media accounts for me. It saves me a lot of time and makes me look more professional as well, like an expert. The company is very affordable and they don’t pressure me into using more services.

- They are very timely in getting a response to me when I need assistance.
- Their web site is very user-friendly. If you need assistance, they’re always available.

Affordability is important and OutboundEngine is affordable. I like the expertise in this field they have. I really appreciate they don’t constantly bother me trying to sell me more services, etc. Any time I have needed to call the company, their reps are always available. That means a lot.
