Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine
I feel that they sell themselves very well in the sense that they are full of promises but do not deliver. My social media has suffered with this company and I have lost the following I had. There is no trial period. They lock you in and refuse to cancel you account even if they do not deliver. I believe I made a big mistake signing up with this company.
- I have had no ROI my current CRM gives me a much better result
In my opinion, they sold themselves well making false promises
