Overall Satisfaction with OutboundEngine
I have been using OutboundEngine for about 9 years now. I use it for posting newsletters on LinkedIn and Facebook. I would love if it posted to Instagram too. I have had no problems with it.
- Creating newsletters.
- Posting newsletters to social media.
- Managing contacts is a little clunky.
- I would like to see more social media outlets that it could post to automatically (Instagram, etc.)
- I would like to be able to post the articles to my website.
- Time savings on writing content for newsletters.
- Following up with people reading the newsletters is a big timer saver.
- ROI has been very good for me. I have had a number of repeat customers.
