This software is being used district-wide, across the entire organization, and is very helpful in our email communications, invitations to meetings, and the keeping of personal as well as collaborating upcoming events.
- Keeping folders well organized
- Tracking emails based on subject alphabetically or chronologically, whichever is chosen
- Being a versatile software which can be used on any device, easily, through an app or the internet.
- Catching keywords more easily, when searched for
- Adding a feature which better catches who is being replied to when “reply” is hit instead of it automating back to the sender
- Having a wider variety of enjoyable backgrounds, colors, fonts to look at while using this software.
- Folders to organize different types of emails.
- Catching previously used email addresses when drafting an email.
- The top background/appearance which enables me to want to use it/learn more about it/etc…
- Easily able to email frequent users at work.
- Easily able to pull up my work email no matter the device I am using at the time
- Easily able to find and locate most emails I would like to view or see
