Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach started in our Business Development Team, then the Sales Team and has now also rolled out to our Customer Success Team. It helps us manage our accounts and develop a strategic plan for prospecting. It is also great to have a more user-friendly place to take notes than Salesforce.

There is a pretty big learning curve and their initial training was difficult for us. However, we are now thriving with the tool.
