Outreach is used by the sales department, everything from SDRs to sales executives. We use it for client outreach, responding to leads, and general prospecting activities. It is most heavily utilized by the sales development team.

Outreach is the clear winner here. Both are similar, but Outreach sets the standard for ease of use and I integration.

Simple and easy to learn.
Haven’t needed to use at all.
It’s great for outreach to multiple contacts and casting a wide net. It keeps you organized when your prospect list is huge, but isn’t the best if you are strategically focused on just a few accounts or prospects. It is easy to use and fits BDR or SDR teams perfectly and is a natural part of their daily work flow.
