Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use it to integrate our Gmail and Salesforce as well as a calling system.
- Great call connectivity.
- Detailed reports on email and calls.
- Keeps you organized in Salesforce to know what merchants you are communicating with through email as well as their responses!
- Sometimes there are connection issues.
- More robust reports if possible.
- Greater insight into areas of call or email outreach improvement.
- Improved focus on certain connection rates.
- Capability to use local area code, has led to greater ROI through more answered calls.
- Greater ROI on time spent and which type of emails are read or unread most.
I think Outreach is by far the best calling system compared to the ShoreTel phone system that I used in a previous sales role. It is much more elaborate, allowing the user to call text, or email from the system or sync to Gmail for email. The connectivity is greater and overall performance and features in every way.
