Overall Satisfaction with OwnBackup

We're using it across the entire company. We have a lot of data in Salesforce that if we ever lost for whatever reason, we would be in very big trouble. Own Backup is a safety net for our company as we have back ups made whenever there is a significant amount of data entered or at a set time.

I used this at a previous job and although both software are very similar in functionality, I prefer OwnBackup as in my experience it has been quicker to restore data that was been backed up. OwnBackup also costs less than many of the other alternatives, which is another nod in its favour if you ask me.
Whenever there have been issues with the software or questions that we've had, the support team has always been quick to responding to our questions and making sure that we were satisfied with the solution. They also have a knowledge centre on their website to help users find solutions to quick questions instead of having to call in or submit a ticket.

If you have a lot of data in Salesforce and you're paying a lot to keep it there, you can use OwnBackup as a repository to hold all of that information and get rid of it in Salesforce. It saves a lot of money and gives you easy access to the stored information.
