Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty

We use it for off-hours support and managing notification schedules of off-hours support staff. It simplifies management with notification of schedule hand-off and backup coverage.

I never have to worry about PagerDuty offline. It's one less system I have to monitor.
I really appreciate the ability to acknowledge and resolve incidents within Slack.
