Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

It is a product we use internally, as well as recommend to clients. It is easy to use, easy to implement, cost appropriate, and effective. A great product that none of our clients have been disappointed with, nor have we internally. A great product that requires little interaction and just works.
  • Easy to use, requires little interaction.
  • Resource conservative.
  • Cost could be a little better.
  • Haven't had any security issues related with the use of the product.
  • No support issues, so no additional burden on support team.
It is much easier to install than something like Trend Micro, and it seems much more efficient than McAffee or Norton, and less resource-intensive.

Panda is easy to use and doesn't take a ton of system resources, and is easy to implement. It is effective when tested or compared to other products. It doesn't burden the user with excessive notifications. Simple as it should be. Clients have been happy with its performance and haven't had reports of performance issues. This is a must as a system that cripples the machine is of significantly less value.

Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR Support

I gave it a 10 because I compare it to air conditioning. I need it to work every day, 24/7. I need it to be reliable and not something that requires a ton of interaction from staff to make sure it works every day. In addition, I should be able to run other things at my house when the AC is on. Panda fits that description.
