Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use it mainly in sales. Our sales team loves it, but the rest of our leadership uses it too, mainly to track progress with contracts or find the data on some clients. It makes selling much easier, as it shows you other side's activities, such as when did they open the document, who opened it, which page they looked the most. Very useful in sales!

  • Allows you to track actions of the other side.
  • It stores files for easy access.
  • Honestly, I don't see a flaw in the system at the moment. It works well as is.
  • It shortened the time needed to draft a proposal (we have a bunch of templates) and/or renew contracts.
  • It allowed for better tracking and improved sales.
  • It helped our team understand our prospects better.
We haven't used other tools for this other than Google Docs, which doesn't even come close to PandaDoc. It was just too much work and almost no data. Pandadoc is organized and efficient, and I don't see us switching to other software anytime soon.
If you work in sales (and everyone does!) this is a must-have. Sales teams could greatly benefit from this tool. It's not as useful for other departments, but for sales it definitely does wonders. Knowing exactly what your prospect did, what could be their objection (based on pages viewed) and even chat option within it is just brilliant.

PandaDoc Experience

We have only used PandaDoc within our sales process.
Me and my team absolutely love it. It's easy to use, and template feature saves us hours in the sales process. Another huge perk is that clients find it easy to use. We struggled previously with other e-signing tools because they would usually be confusing to our clients, which would then make the sales process drag longer than needed. Now it's so simple!
I didn't have to use their support so far. The tool itself is pretty self-explanatory so it's easy to set it up and create documents and templates you need. But I know they have pretty extensive support documentation, in case you need it.
We use Hubspot and Slack, and both tools integrate easily with it. This helps us save time in the sales process, which leads to higher profit margins.
PandaDoc is super-quick! There are no loading issues or waiting of any kind. It's easy to build new documents, especially if you use templates. Once you edit your document, sending it takes under a minute: all you need to do is add recipients and a message to go with it, and PandaDoc will deliver it straight to their inbox with a handy button (call to action) that they simply need to click in order to sign the document.
I haven't worked with them directly, but my business partner always raves about his experience with PandaDoc team.
