Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are a solar installation company, which effectively means we are contractors. We use PandaDoc to sign contracts with our customers. 95% of the contracts we sign with our customers are signed electronically with PandaDoc because of the convenience for the customer and also the ability to minimize use of paper products.

As someone who has worked for multiple companies in this industry, I have first-hand knowledge that pretty much everyone uses electronic signature software similarly.

Pros

  • Simple customer/signer interface
  • Convenient user/sender interface

Cons

  • Inability to remove documents prior to sending
  • Too complicated to send follow-up reminders
  • Definitely convenience, first and foremost!
  • Greater efficiency
I don't really use the templates or embedded eSignatures.
I do not use these tools so I cannot speak on their benefits.
It's every bit as professional as the other E-Sign software options out there (I've used multiple). The only thing holding me back from a 10 rating is the name of the product. Not sure why you would call it PandaDoc.
I think that PandaDoc is on par with DocuSign. Both are better than EchoSign for sure.

I didn't personally choose PandaDoc. This was the product that our company uses, which was easy for me to assimilate to coming from a different company that used DocuSign.
PandaDoc is great for sending customers paperwork to sign instead of trying to make arrangements to meet in person. It's very convenient for both parties.

Sometimes older-generation customers are reluctant to try this kind of alternative, and they prefer to meet in person. But even then, I still have them sign paperwork electronically as opposed to taking wet signatures.
