Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for the digital signing of our internal documents, mostly contracts or employment-related documents such as target agreements, bonus payout documents, and similar ones. Additionally, we use PandaDoc for the digital signing of documents for authorities, and for birthday cards, as well. The most frequent user is, of course HR, but apart from that other departments occasionally use it, too.

For sure the reusable templates help us in being more efficient when it comes to document drafting. We're also working a lot with automation which will be directly connected to PandaDoc, so that pre-installed templates will be filled out automatically, which makes things much faster on our side. You basically do not have to do anything apart from creating templates ONCE. I find it super helpful.
With the help of PandaDoc we definitely saved some time when it comes to internal communication and alignment. You do not have to constantly debrief others of the signature status, as they can easily look it up themselves. Also it definitely made the double-checking-workflow internally quicker, as we do not have to download and send documents over - the other parties involved can just look it up directly in the PandaDoc tool.
There's definitely some room for improvement when it comes to formatting. I discovered that when creating tables in PandaDoc you can not create a single coloured borderline, you can just give all borders the same colour - that didn't go 100% with our UX. Also, I somehow didn't figure out how to set one font as default. Currently, it's Arial, but I would like to change that. But I guess [those] are things that can easily be improved.

We do use Zapier for our automation and have it connected to PandaDoc as well. This makes our life much easier since things flow automatically without further manual actions on our side. Also, we use Atlassian JIRA for our internal project management. It also helps us to structure our work.
PandaDoc is great to use when we have new hires, as we can quick and efficiently send over our documents to them, even if they are not located in our HQ's location. It's especially useful when we have to be quick and deliver on time. A document is super-simply created and sent out. Also, you can easily track if the other party has already signed the document, and therefore have a constant status-quo of the signature process.
