Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc in our organization for all of our contracts and proposals. With version two, it's much easier to create attractive proposals and agreements that are very useful for both us and the customer. It also offers a legal digital signature for contracts, similar to DocuSign, adobe sign, etc.
- version 1 and 2 are totally different
- version 1 is much harder to use when neccessary
- We're better at easily creating proposals based on the templates we have saved in PandaDoc
- I want to believe that because the proposals look nicer than others, we have an advantage in closing opportunities
The best resource in PandaDoc is the embedded eSignatures. It makes it much easier for the customer as well as keeping track of our contracts. The many templates we've created also speed up the process of creating as many proposals as possible per week for our sales team.
Real-time notifications [are] really nice. We can see exactly when the document is viewed, as well as how long and at what pages the customer looked at the most. And eSignatures are a game-changer.
Very modern and sleek capabilities built within PandaDoc. We've been very happy with the product overall
