Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PandaDoc in our organization to store our client files and also to obtain signatures from clients who are unable to come into our office. By using PandaDoc's cloud storage, we've been able to eliminate paper files and are able to quickly search for documents that might otherwise take significant time to comb through if we were using paper files. Signatures are required of our clients to be brought into our program and since we've initiated PandaDoc into our program, we've been able to more quickly initiate intakes with these clients.

Site has gone down a couple of times (but always same day brought back up).

Document Creation

The reusable templates have been a great integration into our document creation. The content library is used with our company to store documents that don't change very often and our case managers are able to go pull those documents and insert them into what they're currently creating. Embedded e-signatures have been simple to use and add to documents. We don't currently use automated workflows so I am unable to speak on those.

Streamlining Communication

Our company has been able to benefit from real-time notifications in that the case managers are able to know when a document has been signed by a client; this has also been a benefit to our finance department to let them know when something is ready for checks to be printed after approval signatures are obtained. The mobile-friendly e-signature capabilities have become integral to our team because most of our clients have smartphones but no access to computers so the ability to sign on the go has been phenomenal.

Professional Quality

We've been able to recreate the paper versions of our documents inside PandaDoc so that we don't lose any continuity as far as the look of our documentation from pre-PandaDoc to us currently using it.

Alternatives Considered

I have not used other e-signature software so I'm unable to make a comparison to those - I will say that when we looked into another product that is a well-known e-signature program, the cost of PandaDoc was almost a no-brainer. For what we get with the cloud storage, customer service, and cost, we made the right choice with PandaDoc.

Likelihood to Recommend

With more people working remotely, PandaDoc has been great for getting signatures from our clients, case managers, and program director. We've also been able to implement PandaDoc into our check requests for our finance department and it makes getting checks back out to our vendors much quicker as well.
