Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc was used within the organization as the main method to send contractual agreements to all clients. It saved time and money to send contracts via email and clients appreciated the feasibility and simple UI to understand how to function through the site. Contracts were sent to all verticals within the Aviation industry.

The reusable templates sped up the process of creating a document based on the client's profile and then turning around and sending the document within moments. Additionally, having the embedded signatures was highly appreciated by the clients as they didn't have to physically download the document, print it, sign it, then return it. All of those additional steps were eliminated.
While using PandaDoc, the company (and myself) benefitted from the streamlined process of creating, sending, and completing contracts. The tool is very useful as it can be utilized within any web browser, and our team trusted the security behind it. We used all the tools, preloaded templates, real-time email notifications of when the client has opened/completed the contract/form, and so on.
The UI gives me Apple vibes. It's clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Additionally, the ability to customize the forms based on your company's profile colors gives it more of an official look to the contract despite of it being done through PandaDoc. Nevertheless, the color differentiation between each person made it easier to navigate.

I prefer PandaDoc because as a person who's received a contract from both of these platforms, PandaDoc's profile was the easiest to navigate and it explained straightforwardly where one needed to sign.

PandaDoc is well suited for a business individual who is constantly on the road traveling because it allows one to save a template and continue working on it when it's ready to be sent out. Additionally, the ability to have preloaded templates for specific product contract agreements was incredibly useful as it saved time rather than having to create a document from scratch.
