Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PandaDoc helped us become more efficient overall in our business. It helped us: - Simplify the signing of documents for both the clients and ourselves by having one place for all signatures - Speed up the process of document signing by reducing the need for paper and scanner - Get real-time updates on the status of the documents sent for signing so that we can monitor and follow up the status.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The end user interface is so easy to use compared to some of their competitors.
Users can sign on the go using any platform, including mobile phones.
PandaDoc provides very competitive pricing.
Digital signatures meet the requirements of the NZ Government.

Cons

The instructions could be made simpler for the older generation (i.e., adding screenshots to instructions), but that's just nitpicking, to be honest.

Return on Investment

Allowed us to get the engagement letters signed quicker.
Saved us time when multiple people had to sign a document.
No negative impact as such just in some cases, companies/ organizations require a physical signature, and that cannot be replaced.

Document Creation

The e-signature has proven to be very useful for us.

Streamlining Communication

Same as previously, the e-signature has helped us to save printing delivering documents, and numerous meetings just to sign documents.

Professional Quality

After the document is signed (on the limited ed version), there is an advert that comes up asking the signatories to sign up for panda docs which aren't very professional.

Innovative Uses

Now every time we need a signature for any task within the business, we go back to PandaDoc.

Alternatives Considered

The XODO app is very complicated to use as it changed over time you have to go through several counterintuitive steps to get to the signature. Others are a very pricey per document which isn't scalable for us when a lot of documents require signing.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited when you have to ask multiple people to sign a document as you can simply send it through to their email. It saves a lot of time and hassle as not everyone always lives in the same city. It is less appropriate in legal circumstances where the documents require a physical signature. This also applies to "some official documents like forms from Novopay (from my own experience) or possibly bank documents.
