Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Streamlining any process that requires a signature simplifies the process for our customers, partners, and collaborators. It saves us tons of productivity time and helps give anyone we deal with a friction-free experience, encouraging repeat business.

  • So far, every issue I seemed to have with you guys got resolved. I will let you know when something comes up!
  • We are a small business. So to make it worth it, PandaDoc needs to save us a little less than 1hr/mth. Prior to PandaDoc, it took us 15 minutes to put together an NDA and get it out to the client. Now it takes us 1 minute!
Once the template is created, there is nothing that produces results faster in our experience.
We have not used these features yet.
Clients are used to receiving things as a PDF or in Word and then having to fend for themselves when it comes to getting their signature(s) attached and sent back. We provide an experience that is leagues away from what our competition provides.
  • Nothing unexpected has happened beyond performance glitches that eventually got fixed.
PandaDoc simply does more than all of them, and does it well!

Creating a template for our NDA saved us tons of time and eliminated errors. On the clients' end, they receive a professionally presented document that they can sign from their phone and return withing minutes, using one hand. Also, when someone needs us to sign something, they can take a picture of it with their phone and send it to us and we can send that back signed as a legal document. PRICELESS!!!
