Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use it to have all our documents signed such as AP approvals, purchase request approvals, and contract approvals. All our documents are forms provided to us by our financial services and legal departments. We just upload the documents, then use the e-sign feature. The reminder feature and the dashboard to look up the progress of the signatures are very helpful.

The mobile-friendly eSignature is the only thing we use with PandaDoc as our board has to create/approve the basic documents we use.

We selected PandaDoc because DocuSign continued to increase the price each year and charged per document instead of just a simple contract like they started with. PandaDoc had all the same features for a much better price.

PandaDoc is so handy because you can send the documents to be signed to anyone inside or outside of our organization. Since we only use the e-sign feature, it works well for what we intend.
