Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to create quotes in order to sell our email services to our clients. We needed a platform that would allow us to quickly create and send quotes with a professional look. We use PandaDoc to complement the lead management we do with the Pipedrive CRM: each quote contains the number of licenses of the chosen products, as well as the final price including discounts and taxes.
  • Import the data of our products, their quantity and their price from the Pipedrive CRM
  • Create quotes in an automated way based on templates that we quickly modify, if we need it
  • It helps us track the number of times a prospect reads a quote, so we can gauge their interest in our product
  • Allow the prospect to decide how many licenses they want based on their budget
  • That allows us to include the "subject" field within the "saved messages" template. Currently we have to manually edit the subject every time we submit a quote
  • That we can use Spanish in "Recipient's display language" to show the prices of the products separating the thousands with a comma and the decimals with a point
  • To be able to import the names and prices of products in the price table without having to delete the first row because it appears blank
  • We increased the sales closing rate, although it is variable, we have achieved sales closings of 33% of the total number of prospects in a month
  • We have reduced up to 75% the time to create the quotes that we send to our prospects

Reusable templates are very useful not only for making
quotes but also for duplicating them and creating new ones to use for similar
products. Product catalogs help us add outstanding information about
our products or different currency to each quote. PandaDoc's integration with the CRM Pipedrive that we use
allows us to quickly go from capturing information from the prospect to
creating a quote in around 15 minutes in each case.
We use Inline comments to communicate with our clients: they ask us questions directly about the quote, without having to send us an email. On the other hand, real-time notifications of the opening and revision of the quotes allow us to know how interested the prospects are in our services.
We used to use Hubspot's quote builder and the look of our quotes was very ordinary. Now the quotes we make with PandaDoc look very professional and help us a lot to make a better impression with our clients.

I think PandaDoc is suitable for companies that sell digital services and need to create documents that do not an only quote but also include useful information for the prospect. PandaDoc is not suitable for selling services with a high level of customization where each quote requires researching the prospect's needs thoroughly.
