Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We fabricate wood windows, doors, storm windows, storm doors, and shutters (interior and exterior). We use PandaDoc to obtain signatures on our estimates or contracts for projects. We also use PandaDoc to receive signatures for approval drawings. This allows us to move forward with a project at a much faster pace than having to wait for a mailed document.

The mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities are the reason that we use PandaDoc.
- We don't do anything "out of the box" at this point.
DocuSign limits the quantity of submissions and this was a hindrance in our usage; we don't have limits with PandaDoc which makes it a much better fit. Also, we had customers who had issues using DocuSign (and had to create a training document for its use by our customers) and we have not experienced any issues with PandaDoc.
