Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to create and send quotes, and manage signatures and payments. Before we had to use Salesforce-generated quotes which were clunky and not pretty. Now that we have a SaaS model, signatures are even more important.
  • Easy to use/Intuitive
  • Analytics are super helpful - to see if the object has been viewed/signed/completed/forwarded, etc.
  • Easily store templates
  • Payment by cc option through stripe
  • I wish the clone feature was a bit easier to navigate.
  • Time saved!!! Template data base and easy to create new quotes.
  • Less chasing signatures.
  • CC payment option saves time.
Reusable templates save us a lot of time and also keep our quotes "legal" and accurate for accounting purposes.
I haven't used these features except for the real-time notifications which are super helpful. I can know the moment someone opens the quote and I can see if they have/haven't signed - give me an opportunity to reach out and see what questions they have.
The professional quality is probably one of the best features of PandaDoc over competitors such as DocuSign.

The best use case for us is that it is a portal to create and send pretty order schedules and quotes out for signature. Quotes contain embedded links for T&Cs and PandaDoc provides analytics as to who has viewed, forwarded, completed, etc the document
