Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc across our entire revenue team to send out agreements and contracts, collaborate with legal/procurement users at our customers and prospects via comments, and easily attach our MSA & terms and conditions to facilitate red lines. PandaDoc allows us to easily and clearly lay out both the commercial and legal terms of our agreements with an extremely intuitive platform. Our average time to signature is definitely in line with - or ahead - of other SaaS companies due to using PandaDoc.

The Salesforce integration, the templates, ability to choose from different MSAs to attach/include given the terms of the deal or duration is super smooth, and the eSign process is a breeze for customers. Also, I'm always surprised how often people forward the PD to the signers themselves. Goes to show how solid the UX is.
We don't typically comment with clients a ton during red lining BUT it's become more prevalent and has definitely helped. Especially for other customers who have used PandaDaoc and understand the value it provides.
Easy to move through, especially on the web-based product. The improvements that have been made to the app are super impressive, too. I'd say the user experience is as good as it gets.

I've used many competitors at previous companies and think PandaDoc is definitely the best solution. First and foremost, the UI is fantastic so all my AEs can navigate through it without much support. Not to mention, the syncs with SFDC help to make the quote process fast and easy. The reminders and click tracking keep us on top of things and being able to create templates is a huge differentiator.
