Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We used PandaDoc to create proposals and Statements of Work to send to our clients. This was a simple way for us to put together the project scope, deliverables and pricing for the projects for client review. Once agreed, both the client and director from our team would sign off and we integrated payment methods, such as Stripe, to allow our clients to make payments online.

Embedded eSignatures - ease of signing documents between both companies.
Payment Integrations - As we have international clients, integrating online payments makes it much easier for them and us to pay.
Pricing tables - we usually set up payment plans to allow our clients to make a deposit and then later payments over the course of the project.
The comment tool was helpful between myself and a colleague collaborating on one document to make changes rather than having to download and send multiple times to incorporate changes that need to be made. eSignature capabilities as I have mentioned before, have been beneficial to the company because of our international clients therefore it makes it simpler for signing.
The look and feel of the final product are very professional. The dashboard is also very good for tracking the status of the proposal and the amount of money received. The timeline that PandaDoc has incorporated as well has been helpful for following up on what happens with multiple documents.

As the Client Relations Lead, I am usually the person that creates the project proposals and sets the pricing however, I do not sign the contracts or proposals between our company and the client. Having an all-in-one solution that allows me to create the documents, set specific persons to sign, one signer from Verso and then the client (whether it is one or more persons), makes my job easier. Incorporating online payments are also a plus because our clients come from different countries across the globe.
