Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for getting contracts reviewed and signed by our partners. We work with both very small and very large organizations and need the ability to easily send (and often revise) contracts. Most of our partners prefer to e-sign, and PandaDoc ensures they don't miss signature lines or fields they need to complete. We typically send 2-3 contracts a week.
  • Templates: It's easy to create a template with customizable fields to make it simple to send the same document/contract repeatedly.
  • Reminders: Once a document is sent, PandaDoc takes care of sending automated reminders until it's signed. You can also change the frequency of those reminders as needed.
  • Integration: We use HubSpot extensively and PandaDoc's integration makes our tracking really easy across teams.
  • Speed: Sometimes PandaDoc can be a little slow to load documents.
  • Dashboard UI: I think they are working on an overhaul of this, but currently it can be a little cluttered and confusing to look at.
  • Time saved: Using templates we spend a lot less time copying and pasting Word docs that someone might accidentally edit. With customizable fields we can easily update information for each new doc so there's never a blank spot.
  • Customer experience: It's much nicer to send along an e-sign option for both us and the customer. There's no back and forth around Word docs versus PDFs, it's easy for them to sign, and they never miss a signature field.
We really appreciate the ability to add customizable fields into a template. This means things like the date, contact name, etc. can show up as fillable fields for each new contract. This lets whoever is sending the contract to feel confident they've updated whatever is needed. It's also very easy to add signature and text fields for a recipient (or multiple recipients). You can also add an order form and PandaDoc will tally up costs and apply discounts automatically ensuring there are no errors.
We turn on the option for partners to comment on the document if they need to make changes. Not all our partners take advantage of this feature, but it's been a useful option to keep everything in one place!
Similar to the overall interface, documents sent for a signature through PandaDoc appear simple, professional, and easy to use. We never have questions from partners about how to enter their information or sign. There's no unwanted additional info or marketing.
  • Internal contracts: We've used PandaDoc for employee paperwork and signing to streamline that process. It's been far more reliable than having partial PDFs sent back.
We looked at several other products, most notably Adobe and DocuSign. We found PandaDoc to be easier to use and a better value. There might be a couple of additional features with Adobe or DocuSign, but PandaDoc has done everything we've needed for our amount of e-signing needs (mostly for partner contracts).

PandaDoc is great for organizations looking for a straightforward, easy-to-use e-signing software at an affordable price. We compared a lot of different options before choosing PandaDoc (and did another review a couple of years in). We've been consistently happy with PandaDoc's features, ease of use, price, and customer support. To be able to easily create multiple templates and edit/format within PandaDoc has saved us a ton of time.
