Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts as well as our internal documents for our employees. PandaDoc is accessible directly through our Salesforce CRM page for each client and we can track the status of our contracts from draft to signed and paid. The integration with Salesforce is critical and so beneficial for our company.

  • For a few weeks, we had padding issues (visually) in the docs, but they fixed that quickly and communicated thoroughly with us throughout the process.

We use the content library as well as conditional blocks to build our contracts into 2 reusable templates. We also use the Salesforce integration and we've created automated workflows to gain internal approval prior to sending to the clients. These are all working perfectly and have created a smooth workflow for many departments.
Where to begin, this truly does streamline processes. Clients can quickly and easily redline and we can approve or comment on their redlines. It is easy and straightforward - even for non-tech savvy people. Realtime notifications are also helpful. Occasionally, I've needed to use to Mobile Version to fix something on-the-go and it was very easy to use. No glitches or visibility issues.
The user experience is top-notch. I am very pleased with the ease of use and how intuitive the platform is. They've thought through every area - even when we send signature links to our clients, there's a quick, non-obtrusive, pop-up to tell the clients how to create or edit redlines.

PandaDoc automatically generates contracts based on the services sold, term length, and more. We're very happy with the smooth process that many departments in our company use, from sales to billing to Client Success.
