Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc for all our contracts. Most frequently we use for contracts to do leases, home sales, etc. We have a software program set up to interface through PandaDoc API, however, there is a bug in their system and we have not been able to use for 6 days. PandaDoc tech support is pretty awful. There is no IT line or real person you can call, Just emails and chat boxes. This downtime is having a significant impact on our business and yet they seem to have no urgency to correct. Of the two human beings we have been able to get in contact with, neither one is located in this hemisphere, let alone in the US.
- We migrated to PandaDoc because they are less expensive than DocuSign. However, we are now finding exactly how horrendous their customer service is.
PandaDoc is less expensive but is almost completely lacking in customer support.
