We use PandaDocs to send out proposals and contracts. I had used PandaDocs at another organization and valued the efficiency of sending a contract with a proposal. This increased their close rate and created a better user experience. Since deploying PandaDocs at our company, we've sent out proposals and contracts with greater ease. We're also able to have a better insight into buyer behavior as we can see when they view the contract, what pages they've spent the most time on and how quickly they view/sign.

PandaDocs is way easier to use on the back end. So much more capabilities and custom field options. Because of this, it makes it extremely easy for recipients to complete fields accurately. Using Adobe, we would have to upload existing documents for signature but with PandaDocs we can adjust documents directly in the platform. We love PandaDocs and it has increased our efficiency greatly.

I did not need to purchase premium support.. the support team was extremely helpful and fixed my issue within minutes!
In deployment, I had an issue with adding an incorrect user email to the account and was unable to remove the user. The support team helped me disconnect and reconnect google accounts within minutes! They also checked in on my to make sure everything was operating smoothly!
