Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

On boarding and education was very interactive and detailed. Streams and PanTerra made porting numbers very easy. Our company was up and running in a very short time.
We use Streams as both our internal and external calling system. We also use the fax service to send and receive faxes.

  • Since this is a virtual call system, we have some employees who work in India call our clients as thought they are local.
  • The ability to connect with all of our employees in all they countries they work in, brings our company closer.
Every time I have had to deal with an issue, whether it be with Streams, or our local computers, Streams support has been on the ball. Wait times to get help are very short.
With other companies, we dealt with dropped calls and poor quality. We have never had an issue with Streams dropping calls or poor call quality. Our business communication is more dependable now.

PanTerra has blown these companies out of the water. No comparison. Zoom and Jive are garbage in comparison.After a trial period with Streams, we were very impressed and stayed with PanTerra.
Streams is great to manager your business, and would also work great as a call centre management system.
