Overall Satisfaction with Pantheon

We utilize Pantheon mostly as a serverless CMS. We wanted an easily scalable solution for several of our sites with low overhead and the flexibility to increase usage if the need arose. Pantheon has met this need, while also providing an excellent platform to manage our company's agile workflows seamlessly.
  • Support is excellent if you run into any issues
  • The platform is fast with no lag time
  • The solution is low-overhead (serverless!)
  • The platform has trouble with large amounts of data hitting all at once.
  • The trade-off to being serverless is that if there are issues, it is harder to investigate the issue.
  • The platform itself is fast, however, adding video or streaming features to your site can cause lag
  • Sped up the time between development sprints
  • Decreased the cost of overhead
  • Improved our customer experience on the site due to better performance
The platform is fully-featured; however, this comes with the trade-off of having a relatively steep learning curve.
