Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

We use it as an alternative to RDP connections internally, and for clients who want to remote into their servers externally.
  • External Access
  • Full Desktop Capabilities
  • Default Policies
  • Printing not always working
  • All in one solution
  • Provide cloud-based desktops for smaller clients
Azure Desktops actually perform much better in my opinion. The administration is easier, and speed is better.
Yes, we did, to a degree. It did allow us to provide this type of solution for smaller clients at the time.
We were able to pre-configure shortcuts to the HTML5 page and allow users to pre-login prior to cut-over.
Very important. We work with all technologies so this compatibility was key.
I have no examples of this.
Every time I called, I always was able to speak to a person within a few minutes.
