Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

We use Parallels Remote Application Server for our external job sites, home offices and remote workplaces.Started with 3 now 35 licenses.
  • Easy to use
  • Fail-safe
  • Customizable configuration interface
  • Improved Linux client
  • The licensing costs are still ok
  • the business targets were not affected
We have been a customer for 2x, at some point there is no going back.If the costs do not explode we stay with Parallels Remote Application Server.
We do not use virtual desktops or VDI.We only distribute applications.
We only use the clients, operating systems are Windows 10/11 and Linux.
We virtualize with VMWare ESXi but do not use Parallels Remote Application Server in this context.
We use our SSL certificates both for VPN access and with Parallels Remote Application Server.It is very important in this day and age to rely extremely much on security.
We have never contacted Paralles support, only 2x support in Switzerland in the past, the question could not be skipped.

For our use, the product is very good, we use only a fraction of the included functions. In contrast to the competitors, Parallels Remote Application Server is a great product.
