- Pardot allows us to very easily automate our marketing activities and segment our email database. We can execute very segmented email campaigns faster than ever before.
- Pardot offers several integrations to other common marketing programs such as Eventbrite (events), Wistia (video hosting), and Netsuite (CRM). This allows us to use Pardot as our all-in-one marketing program, database, and reporting tool.
- Pardot does an excellent job of listening to what its users want. They are constantly added new functionality.
- There needs to be more added functionality for the lower product lines. Some essential features are missing from lower lines, but included in higher packages such as custom reporting and custom roles.
- With Pardot being purchased by Salesforce.com we are very worried about the future of Pardot's integration/relationship with Netsuite.
