Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Pardot is mainly used in the Marketing Department, but also partially in Product Development. We mainly use Pardot to send client notifications and advertise our new services or upcoming events. It addresses our communication issues throughout our business, and allows us to efficiently contact clients - as well as prospects.
  • Customer Service - Pardot Customer Service team is available at a click of a button, and they are always providing helpful automated screenshots to allow you to better understand your issues.
  • Process - the email sending process is set up so that the user is faced with a step-by-step process that is easy to understand.
  • Website Layout - Pardot provides a website with an easy, user-friendly layout. Email Reports, Lists, Brand Separation, Prospects, etc. are all easy to find and also easy to understand.
  • Glitches - sometimes Pardot experiences glitches and they do not notify their users.
  • Images - Images would be a lot easier to manipulate if you were able to drag and resize on the screen (very minor issue).
  • Faster Lead Conversion - Marketing is able to provide Sales with leads in a quick and efficient manner with Pardot email reports.
  • Overall better understanding of our impact on leads and clients - email reports allow us to see necessary statistics in order to measure our overall effectiveness
I would love to renew our use, but I am not the decision maker for this particular software.
I think it is key that Pardot supports graphics from our design agency, and we are able to send out electronic material that looks put together and advanced. We have noticed other software are not as advanced when it comes to image and overall look.
