Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

PathFactory is primarily managed and used by the marketing department, with some spillover use by the sales team.
  • Micro-level content engagement metrics by time spent and key topic areas, extremely useful for sales intelligence and ABM
  • Easy to deploy curated content tracks that turn a single piece of content into a binge-worthy experience
  • Customer specific content pages (explore pages) are easily deployed and highly effective - and make the prospect feel good about the effort we're putting in
  • Time-specific engagement triggers make our lead scoring much more intelligent
  • Unbelievably comprehensive reporting system is intuitive and offers many insights across both content utilization, ENGAGEMENT and ROI
  • Inability to automatically organize list of content items by reverse chronology means new content must be drag-dropped to top of page. Not a huge deal but a minor annoyance.
  • Much improved optimization of content based scoring leads to higher quality MQL triggers to sales
  • Binge rates of content are sky high
  • Form submissions are much higher than previous solutions due to being able to gate things in more creative, engagement based methods rather than a hard form up front
  • Intelligence fed to sales team via salesforce integration is an amazing resource
We no longer send emails with a single content item. Rather we now send someone a link to the content within a specifically curated content experience. The end result is much more content being consumed.
About average and not that complicated. Support and implementation team were top notch.
Adding content popups and other interactive elements outside of just our resource hub has turned the entire website into an engagement platform for content. Filtering abilities on the primary resource page make it easy to find things.
I used the incumbent for probably 6 or 7 years across 3 companies. I made the switch due to enhanced analytics engine and the sophistication of the track based content system that is offered by PathFactory. I am very happy with my decision and couldn't imagine doing content marketing and engagement any other way.
Just an overall incredibly designed solution for any marketing team using content. Clearly developed by and for marketers with frequent updates that improve the solution over time. Much better than competing resource hub solutions (I have 7 years of experience with those). Great support and customer success team. Just a pleasure to work with them.
