Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
PathFactory is being used chiefly in our digital events space. At the company I reside at, we use PathFactory to support the larger digital events we host by providing sponsor companies an opportunity to host their associated content in a place that will be accessible before, during, and after their virtual event takes place. We have found this drives engagement in the actual event and also produces leads well after the event has concluded.
Pros
- Easy to configure from the backend
- Palatable design options for the frontend product
- Reporting Capabilities
Cons
- Featuring some sort of bulk edit capability would be nice
- Added Stream of Leads (up to several hundred depending on the size of VE)
- Higher Audience Engagement
Our organization has received good results from using Pathfactory and marketing it outside of PathFactory's capabilities. I cannot speak to the use of website campaigns as we do not use this feature.
In my estimation, the onboarding process was not overly long. We had been provided the proper and relevant information to get acclimated with the platform quickly. This set us up for timely use of the platform and the ability to leverage its capabilities with our virtual events to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
As a technician, I rarely see the actual numbers behind a platforms use. I can only speak to the engagement I've seen during the events I've configured. Depending on the size of the event, I've seen up to 400% engagement with the assets distributed in the content hub. I've also seen anywhere from 10-300 leads be generated by this platforms use. I can only project this leads to positive effects on purchase decisions.
